Before we ever pick up a tool, we plan with purpose.

Before any build begins, we start with a plan designed just for you. Our design services are ideal for projects that need layout planning, custom detailing, or space-specific problem solving. Whether you’re building a wall-to-wall unit or upgrading key parts of your home, good design ensures it all works - visually, practically, and structurally.

We take the time to understand how your space works (and how you want it to feel), then create a tailored design that reflects your goals, your lifestyle, and the bones of your home.

Design Fee: $150

This flat-rate fee covers up to two hours on-site and includes custom planning time, measuring, and concept development. It allows us to invest the time and thought your project deserves, without rushing or skipping steps.

If you choose to move forward with your build, a portion of this fee may be credited toward your project. We’ll explain how that works based on scope.
